Nuneaton Rape Enquiry - 16 year old remanded
A 16 year old male youth, arrested in connection with the rape of a 12 year old girl in Nuneaton on November 18, was charged with rape by police at Bedworth on Friday 26 November and appeared before magistrates in Leamington Spa on Saturday 27 November.
He was remanded to secure accomodation until Wednesday 1 December when he will appear before a Youth Court in Nuneaton.
He cannot be identified due to his age.
