Mid Warwickshire Neighbourhood Watch Welcomes Members to AGM
The vital high visibility support role of Police Community Support Officers will be a topic for discussion by members of Mid Warwickshire Neighbourhood Watch Association.
Neighbourhood Watch volunteers meet for the Mid Warwickshire NHW annual general meeting at North Leamington School on Tuesday evening, May 31 at 7.30 pm.
Police community support officer Susan East is a guest speaker along with two senior police officers. Susan will explain the role of PCSOs in South Warwickshire and highlight the importance of the officers in providing a reassuring uniformed presence in local towns and villages.
Warwick District Commander, Chief Inspector Chris Jackson will talk about policing priorities in the area and the value of NHW volunteers in helping police detect and prevent crime.
Chief Superintendent Richard Lyttle will deliver a presentation about the new Nuneaton-based criminal justice centre and the role of the multi-agency centre in ensuring criminals are brought to justice quickly and efficiently.
Delegates meet in the Lower School Hall off Cloister Way at North Leamington School at 7.30 pm on May 31.
