Community Safety Roadshow - 28 June 2005

Police invite public to crime prevention roadshow

Warwickshire Police will be taking the crime prevention message out to the public next Tuesday 28 June. Operating from a mobile police station, members of the Community Safety Unit will be visiting focal points around Nuneaton talking to and advising members of the public on all aspects of crime prevention

The day will run as follows:

10am - 11am located at Cheveral Ct, Cheveral St

11am - 1pm located near to the fountain in Nuneaton town centre

2pm - 3pm located at Abbey Green

3pm - 6pm located at Motorworld, Queens Road

6pm - 8pm located at Asda

The roadshow will incorporate

  • FREE cycle coding
  • FREE property marking pens (ultra violet)
  • FREE information and professional advice to prevent you becoming a victim of burglary, distraction burglary, vehicle crime, personal attack,
  • Demonstrations of discounted security products - Personal Attack alarms - Shed/Garage alarms - Vehicle Locks
  • Qualified crime prevention officers in attendance with Community Support Officers, Neighbourhood Watch and Crime Prevention Panel.
