Wanted for Questioning: Francis Grybowicz
Police in Warwickshire and West Mercia are appealing for the public's help in locating a man who failed to attend crown court on sexual assault, threats to kill and false imprisonment charges.
He is believed to be living rough in South Warwickshire.
Francis Grybowicz, aged 46, was charged with false imprisonment , threats to kill, and assault on a woman by detectives from Stratford upon Avon CID. The charges relate to an alleged incident at Wilmcote near Stratford upon Avon in December 2004.
A crown court bench warrant was issued on April 1st this year when Mr Grybowicz did not turn up at Warwick Crown Court to answer the charges.
He had a condition to live at an address in Kidderminster but breached the condition.
Mr Grybowicz is now wanted for questioning by detectives in Worcester in connection with an assault on a woman on July 13.
He has not been since that date but detectives are now following up a reported sighting of him in Aston Cantlow Road, Wilmcote near Stratford yesterday afternoon, August 23, when he was wearing combat jacket and blue jeans.
He may now be living rough in rural parts of South Warwickshire.
He is five feet seven inches tall, proportionate build with brown eyes. He has dark hair , a moustache and a scar on his left cheek. He has several tatoos on his arms including the words Franchzek Richard Grybowicz, an image of a swallow and the words Wolves and Fran.
Police warned members of the public not to approach Mr Grybowicz who may be violent.
