Incident 576 march 27 - Aggravated burglary, Mercer Avenue, Water Orton.

Two masked men threatened a woman with a handgun and stole a silver Honda Civic car parked outside.

The two men knocked on the door of the Mercer Avenue home at 20 30 yesterday evening, Monday March 27.

One of the men held a small black pistol and threatened the woman with the weapon.

They demanded the keys to the Type R Honda Civic and also grabbed a handbag from inside the house.

The two men drove off in the silver Honda Civic registered BN53 OZK in an unknown direction.

The woman was very shaken but not physically injured.

The two men are believed to be white, both aged 22 to 28, slim build. One was wearing a white hooded top and the other was wearing a dark hooded top. They wore masks covering their faces.
