Police investigate house burglaries, Brandon and Long Lawford

Incident 80 April 18 - burglary, Rugby Road, Brandon. Incident 166 April 15 - burglary Okement Grove, Long Lawford, Rugby.

Police are investigating a burglary during the early hours of today, Tuesday April 18 at Rugby Road, Brandon.

Householders awoke at 04 15 to discover the house had been broken into through a window at the back of the property.

Offenders stole a handbag with contents, two digital cameras and a laptop computer.

PC 129 Wayne Boulton is the investigating officer. Anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity during the early hours is asked to contact him at Rugby on 01788 541111.

Overnight Friday April 14 - Saturday April 15 a house at Okement Grove was burgled.

Offenders entered through a side gate and a back door before searching the kitchen area. Cash briefcase containing a Hewlett Packard palmtop computer and memory stick and a Hewlett Packard lap top were stolen before the offenders escaped.
