Woman aged 25 assaulted in Nuneaton park

Police in Nuneaton are appealing for information after a 25 year old woman was assaulted as she walked through Riversely Park in Nuneaton at approximately 4.15pm on Wednesday 17 January.
The woman was walking through the park alone when she was approached by by an unknown male who began an unprovoked attack on her, kicking her in the ribs. She fell to the floor and the male stole her mobile phone and some money which had fallen from her coat pocket. She later required treatment at the George Eliot Hospital A&E for her injures.
He ran off in the direction of Sainsburys.
He is described as being white male, aged between 30 - 40 years, 5ft 10ins tall and of a large build with a fat bell and a bald head. He had a pale complexion and was wearing blue denim jeans, a white hoodie underneath a black coat and white Adidas trainers. He had a gold hoop earring in his left ear and a gold ring on his right hand.
