Police in Nuneaton have re-issued their appeal for information in relation to a 23 year old woman who was twice punched in the face by the same man during the early hours of Saturday 24 March in Nuneaton. She was first hit inside The Crew public house and again, at approximately 3.15am in the Pool Bank car park.
The woman was taken to the George Eliot Hospital for treatment following the attack, where she was detained overnight and later transferred to Walsgrave Hospital for treatment.
Police are seeking a white male aged 25 - 30 years, around six feet two to six feet four inches tall and of athletic build. He had dark hair and was clean shaven and was wearing a white T-shirt and had a Celtic band style tattoo on one or possibly both arms.
In re-issuing their appeal for witnesses police are particularly keen to trace a blonde haired female who is believed to have walked along Queens Road from outside The Crew public house for a short distance. She then got into a taxi alone. She is described as being white female, aged 30 - 40 years with shoulder length blonde hair and was wearing a black coat or similar length garment such as a cardigan.
