Road crash Leamington - witness appeal
PC 358 Mark Phillip is appealing for witnesses to a serious injury road accident on the B4113 Stoneleigh Road, Blackdown about 350 metres from the junction with Sandy Lane.
The accident happened at 19 20 on Wednesday September 15 and involved a silver Mini One and a grey Volkswagon Polo.
The 20 year old woman driver of the Mini, from Southam, suffered a broken right leg and was taken to Warwick Hospital.
The man driving the VW, aged 21 from Stoneleigh suffered a fractured right leg and was detained at Coventry and Warwickshire hospital. An 18 year old man in the front passenger seat suffered a fractured right arm and was taken to Warwick hospital. The 19 year old man in the rear of the car suffered internal bleeding and was detained at Cov and Warwickshire hospital in a serious condition.
The Mini was travelling toward Westhill Road on the B4113 and the VW in the opposite direction when the vehicles collided head on.
